About
A compass for becoming
Life is not a ladder.
It is a wheel.
The Vitruvian Wheel is a map for becoming through Health & Body, Mind & Character, Relationships, and Meaning & Direction.
It is written for those who carry responsibility, for those who see more in themselves, and for those ready to live with clarity, balance, and purpose.
For generations, we were given a ladder: higher means better.
But life is not a ladder.
It is a system.
A system of balance, attention, and trade-offs.
When one arc carries too much or too little,
the whole Wheel begins to distort.
Strain follows. Meaning fades. Direction blurs.
The Wheel reveals what the ladder cannot see.
Life is read as a whole, not in parts. Every arc affects every other arc.
The Wheel turns. Seasons change. So does the weight we carry.
Not theory. A usable map for real decisions in real life.
It honours the whole person: body, mind, heart, and spirit.
This is not a theory about life.
It is a companion for living it.
Demetris Papaprodromou did not set out to write The Vitruvian Wheel® as a book.
It began as part of Founder's Notes, a series of public reflections shared on LinkedIn - not as theory, but as a way of making sense of responsibility, pressure, endurance, proportion, and the unseen weight carried by capable people.
Week by week, the reflections began to reveal a deeper pattern. What first appeared as separate thoughts became a map. What began as a correction of geometry slowly became a fuller body of work.
The book was recognised later, through lived experience, public resonance, repetition, and the growing clarity that the Wheel had become more than a reflection. It had become a human compass.
How can a life be carried well?
Not perfectly. Not theatrically. But truthfully. With proportion.
The intent of this work is simple:
This is not a movement to join.
It is a map to use.
Through his LinkedIn writings, Demetris explores the deeper patterns of human life, leadership, character, responsibility, health, relationships, meaning, and self mastery. His reflections invite readers to pause, examine themselves, and return to what is essential.
As founder of Centaur Consulting Group, Demetris has spent decades building companies, teams, systems, and long term client relationships. His work combines discipline, structure, trust, and execution, turning ideas into organisations that can endure.
Demetris thinks in patterns, consequences, and direction. He helps leaders see beyond immediate problems, understand the forces shaping their decisions, and choose a path that aligns ambition with wisdom, responsibility, and long term value.
The goal is not to be perfect in all arcs.
The goal is to realign what matters most, right now.
